Found there are two variations of the grey Destination Casino Club Elite cards from the Atlantic City Hilton, the cards with the four lines of text in the paragraph above the Gambling Problem line on the back. All the 15th issue cards originally listed had 6 casino logos on the bottom of the reverse while the following 16th issue cards with the PG manufacturer's mark had 5 casinos listed. Just came across a grey Elite card without the PG mark that has the same text as the 15th issue cards but only has 5 casino logos listed. I have not seen another other levels with this reverse so if anyone comes across any please let me know and/or send scans.
