2nd issue Rush Rewards cards from the Sugar House Casino in Phila, PA had no mfg mark with 3 lines of text at the bottom of the reverse under the web address line.

The 3rd issue had the PG mfg mark.

A new found 4th issue is similar to the 2nd issue with NO mfg mark but there are now 2 lines of text at the bottom of the reverse under the web address line. So far only the black Signature level has been reported so if anyone sees similar cards in the other levels please let me know and/or send scans.
