Found a new variation of the 5th issue purple Double Platinum Hall of Fame slot card from the Hard Rock Casino in Biloxi, MS. The previously listed card was all purple but the newly found card is purple and black. It looks like this card was short lived since the player info was printed in black in the black area of the card and barely readable.
