LV card has P704065 and Laughlin card has P708119 on the reverse, scans of both cards are below.

Note that these cards will probably be short lived as the Las Vegas and Laughlin properties are slated to switch to the new generic Golden Nugget cards later this week from what I was told recently by the Golden Nugget VP of Loyality Marketing!
