Just found Gold and Platinum levels of the latest 13th issue cards from the Gila River Casinos in AZ.

These cards have "Hotel & Casino" under the "Veequiva" logo on the back where it was previously just "Casino". Only the Emerald and Ruby levels had been found prior to this.
