The previously listed 10th issue Jack's Club card from the Horseshoe Casino in Bossier, LA had a gold horseshoe on the reverse and the last line in the reverse paragraph started with "of the Horseshoe..."

There were other level cards listed in the 11th issue with the black horseshoe on the reverse but a Jack's Club card in that issue wasn't listed until now. This card has the black horseshoe and the last line in the reverse paragraph starts with "the Horseshoe..."
