Almost missed this one... latest cards from the Tahoe Biltmore Casino in Lake Tahoe, NV have the reverse text slightly changed and the color of the front is much lighter, almost a cream rather than the darker tan on the earlier cards. Most noticeable difference is the last line of text on the reverse with the gambling problem info where the earlier cards it was 72mm wide and the latest cards are now 70mm wide. Front design is the same on both cards with the casino icons in the bottom right corner.
