The first slot cards from the Artesian Hotel Casino in Sulphur, OK had the reverse text starting approximately 2mm below the reverse magnetic stripe. On the latest cards from there the reverse text has been moved lower and now starts approximately 5mm below the reverse mag stripe and ends closer to the bottom of the card.
