At Bally's in Tunica there are two variations of the 13th issue cards - the Resorts Destination Casino Club cards that have "Tunica" added on the front originally had 6 casinos listed along the bottom of the reverse but another Elite card has been found with 5 casinos listed along the bottom of the reverse.

A similar variation was found for the 3rd issue cards from Resorts in Tunica, with Elite and Ultra levels found with FIVE casinos listed along the bottom of the reverse.
