Yes, finally a casino will open in here Massachusetts next Wednesday.
PLAINRIDGE PARK CASINO is a slots only facility at the Harness Race Track in Plainvill, MA.

Slot cards are the MARQUEE REWARDS type from PENN NATIONAL, and are now being issued from the simulcast area of the track. I was able to pick up a few the other day. The only thing unique about this card is the Plainridge logo on the reverse.
