There are a bunch of 2007 copyright Harrah's Total Rewards cards but there's another variation of the 2007 cards with 12 casino logos listed on the back with no signature strip. Apparently Harrah's changed the formatting of the bottom two lines of text with the gambling help phone numbers so there are two variations of that.

On one variation, the next to the last line of text ends with the 1-888-230-3505 phone number while on the other variation you'll find "Ontario" at the end of that line.

Here's scans of the back of the two different Gold level cards so you can see the differences. The same variations exist in the Platinum and Diamond level cards without signature strips as far as we know.
