Harrah's Atlantic City will not give out any blank cards and will not give out any higher level cards (especially 7 Stars) if you are not qualified for them. They will only give you your own level card, and typically three cards at a time max. Harrah's cards elsewhere around the country are considerably easier to get than here in AC from what I've seen traveling. Most of the 7 Stars Harrah's cards have copyright years on the back.
