Jim--I have no idea, and probably don't want to know. This is just info Daryl got as he walked into casino after casino. They have 3-4 per block--some upstairs and a different named casino downstairs. Every gas station, and each 7-ll has a "casino" with 3-4 machines. It could have been fun if they ALL had cards, as we were told that Billings has over 200 of them. I had a list of where we got previous cards in hopes of finding something new. We found something new all right--most had just a list of names for you to add your's too, and some give $10 when pulling out a name each month. They are safe to draw my name--we won't be back.
