You must be playing the game different than me! I can get blanks at any of the casinos near me whenever I want! Might NOT be a good deal for you, but if you don't want it don't knock it! Some one might have a few extra blanks and be collecting the cashout slips. Would be a good deal for them if they can't get to Bettendorf. I guess it's still different strokes for different folks.
