Jerry, good job. I agree with your findings. I would add that your type 6 actually has 2 different backs in terms of the "X"'s that cross out the phone number! I have a card like yours and another card where the (800) is much closer to the word "Reservations" and the "X" pattern begins one "X" closer to the (800) under the administration line and ends one "X" beyond where your card ends. Further, don't forget the rare white temporary card which goes with the first issue.
