Card on the left, top and bottom, are the 3rd issue, whilst the card on the right, top and bottom is the new 5th issue (or something like that).

The new front is slightly different in that the "VIP CARD", "VALLEY VIEW" and "CASINO" are higher up on the card. The new back side is quite different, in fact it appears to be the same back as used on the Tribal card.
