Looks like 6 of the 8 card rooms in Los Angeles County has Players Cards. The most recent is from the Hustler. The others are Hollywood Park, Crystal Park, Hawaiian Gardens, Normandie, and Bicycle. The other two don't have cards, Commerce and Club Caribe.

The Hustler is a self service printer located at the entrance. Either swipe your Drivers License or manually enter the data, name, address, etc. You get to accept the picture taken or do over, must be a digital camera. The card will print out at the service desk. If no one is there, the security guard will get it for you. The back is blank, white.
