Smiley faces weren't (and aren't right now) working, I tried to say I would have put other room keys in the package as padding, it wouldn't allow that, and so on. I tried the trick of deleting sections at a time to find the offending text, but then I ended up with only what you saw as being acceptable. It easily took over 20 minutes and I ended up with that little message. If it took me that long to compose that small amount of text at work, I'd be unemployed. Oh well (insert smile here)
