I just picked up a few of the USPS small flat rate boxes for some shipments that are going out this week. I was surprised that somehow they have found the absolute thinnest cardboard available to use in the construction of these things. Has anyone used these yet and, if so, how did they hold up? I didn't check out the larger flat rate boxes but are they any heavier?

I remember when "Quality was Job #1" but those days have long since passed.
