Since the key says "Las Vegas Convention Center" on the front, I doubt it came from Orlando.
There are many medical conventions/seminars/meetings in Vegas every year. Most attendees
stay at the Las Vegas Hilton, so I would "guess" it came from there, but don't quote me!!
