I visited the new Tulalip indian casino north of Seattle yesterday. What a surprise to find a large and expensive casino like this in a shopping mall an hour north of Seattle. Pretty good 21 games and a great gourmet restaurant. Wish it was closer to Portland!
The card shown below is listed in the latest Slot Card price guide without any particular footnote, but in fact, it isn't a club card at all. It is used as a cash card; fill it with what ever you want at the cashier and it keeps track of your balance. It will only work in a portion of the video machines in this casino. The rest of the machines use paper vouchers to play and cash out.
The attendant at the promotions booth indicated they had no players club and didn't know if there would ever be one. They do comp players for table game play, but track the old fashioned way by asking your name.
I have a few extras of these to trade for recently issued slot cards only from casinos outside Nevada.
