I get that almost everywhere I go... In Black Hawk a few months ago there was one person at the player desk who gave me a full set of blanks plus some extras. When I went back the next day to try and get more the person there that day wouldn't even give me spares of my own card let alone any blanks. Some of the Indian casinos outside of San Diego CA were like that too. Sometimes you can ask for a manager and get a better response. At Barona in Calif the people at the desk wouldn't give me anything more than 1 spare of my own card but when I talked with the manager she gave me 2 or 3 full sets of blanks, all levels without any problem. You just have to keep asking it seems, it all depends on who's working when you get there.
