Hi Dennis - those keys exist with back variations specific to each casino. I love it when convention keys are used at several casinos but with a different back for each. A recent example is the Smith and Nephew key that exists in several variations (I'm still missing the Flamingo and who knows what others that I simply don't know about) and it only adds to the fun when the same design exists in both wide and narrow versions.
I have a large update for the Venetian page planned for this weekend. Unless someone can help jog my memory on the "wavy line" overprint key, I'll guess I'll just have to include it without much of a description. I recall it was an overprint for a convention...I just can't remember the sponsor. It's hell to get old
