I just returned from a little "one-on-one" with an "anonymous" representative of the Players Club at the Stardust. The "unofficial" official word from this "unnamed source" is that the AUGUST cards were "lost in the mail", or, however they were sent. They have been trying to trace the shipment for the past 4 weeks, with no luck. They kept using the July cards, until they ran out. Now they are back to using the remaining June cards. My "source" said he/she would let me know as soon as any "new" information becomes "available." And, I will pass the information along to all interested.
