I went to a KC riverboat back when they were first in. Back then they actualy had to cruise, so if you lost your limit you not only had to wait for the next cruise time to get mor chips but you could not get off the boat!! Now most of them are allowed to just sit dockside but still have the "cruise" time limit for how much cash you can spend. That limit is how they got the bill pushed through to allow casinos in the bible belt.
