Visited this very friendly riverboat casino during my stay in Dubuque on Sunday night/Monday. These are the three levels of cards they have. I also noticed on their level 1 "Wild Cards" ( the one with the picture of the boat) a slight difference in the color in the water under the boat( on those I picked up around the casino with names). The "Elite" card is transparent, had to try several shifts to get a blank one.
