Midway Slot Cards - new find Gold & Platinum

I picked up these two cards - Winners Club - Gold and Platinum from Midway Slots in Harrington, Delaware today. I had never seen or even heard of these cards before today. The Casino employee that I got them from said The Casino has used these Cards for at least 3 or 4 years. They are given to high rollers and he thought only the top 500 slot players were eligible to get these cards based on the # of points they had accumulated. Has anyone else ever seen or heard of these cards ?? The card at the top of the scan is a regular current issue card from Midway. These are the only two of these cards I have FOR MY OWN COLLECTION, I have not traders of these.
