Bob, Forget the account numbers for a moment. The first issue is the one you posted on top. We agree with that. (In fact, I have that card with my name on it.) The second issue listed in the book is the card you posted on the bottom. I have that card also. The post made by Mississippi Dave is a different version of the second issue. I asked him for a reverse scan as it would help confirm whether it is a new second issue or a new third issue. But my point is that it is a new discovery one way or the other because it has black stars and a blue ribbon instead of silver stars on a purple ribbon.
