Actually, I think you're all wrong! This is a previously unknown 3rd issue! My 2nd issue card with a member number of 19189 has 3 silver stars (The one big one and 2 little ones). Your scan shows 3 black stars. The ribbon on mine is purple and your ribbon appears to be a vibrant blue. I would be interested to see a reverse scan if you care to put one up. Thanks.
