Here are my opinions of your questions: 1) Blanks carry a slight premium, but there's not a huge difference in price. 2) Casino printing variations are not considered different cards as far as the price guide is concerned. We don't list them as separate cards because it is not a design change, but rather something that happens to a card after the fact. Some collectors collect these name variations anyway, but I believe they are in the minority. Good luck on your collection!
