Actually we're not staying at the casinos but rather at the La Quinta near the airport in Vegas. I travel so much I have a free room with them for the week, not to mention the free airfare :) I have some other friends we're traveling with who are staying at the casinos so I'll get them to keep an eye out for room keys.

It's amazing how many casinos really don't want to part with extra cards. Some say it's because they think you'll use them for special priviledges or something but most of those casinos require photo idea to use the card anyway. Their arguments just don't make sense most of the time.

At one Calif. casino I wasn't getting anywhere with the people at the booth until someone mentioned that I should ask for a supervisor. When I did, they were extremely helpful and gave me two sets of cards without any problems.

One casino was way up in the mountains, about 30-45 minutes from anything. Really nice place and the people were really friendly, food was good and the machines were hitting decent. More of a local hangout with only a small number of machines and maybe 4 table games. They would only give out ONE card with my name, no extras, no blanks and would only give ONE replacement per day.

Anyway, great trip and still sorting things out :)
