This RR will likely have fewer participants than the last two -- I plan on keeping it small so it will end well in advance of the convention. If you're interested, sign up soon as there will be no additional announcements regarding the RR until signups are closed.
For those that haven't participated in a round robin before, the process is pretty simple...
-I'll gather the names of those interested in participating.
-I will then send 100 different casino related room keys to the first person on the list.
-That person takes as many of the keys as they want out of the ones they receive, replacing them with their duplicates, one for one, making sure not to duplicate any of the keys already in the group.
-They pack the keys up and send them on to the next person on the list. This process is continued with the last person on the list sending the keys back to me at the end.
There are a few rules for this round robin:
(1) Only casino related room keys are being traded. If you're adding a casino related room key that does not show the name of the casino on the key itself, it's helpful if you can include a note (or a sticky note on the page) indicating the casino where the key is from.
(2) Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation is to be used for all shipments. I'm planning on using pages to hold the keys and using a quantity that fits comfortably into a USPS Flat Rate Envelope (the cost to ship should be roughly $5.60). If purchasing the postage at the USPS website, delivery confirmation is free. Please note that USPS shipping rates are going up during the period this RR will be running, therefore your costs may be slightly higher than the amount listed
(3) Once you've received the shipment and have finished with it, you must post on the message board when you've put the shipment back into the mail (and the delivery confirmation number), so the next person on the list can watch for it and I can follow the progress of the RR.
(4) Due to the Priority Mail requirement, this round robin is limited to shipping addresses in the United States.
(5) Please try to turn the shipment around as quickly as possible.

-Your name
-Mailing address
-If there is a time over the next six weeks or so that would conflict with your ability to handle the RR (i.e. being away on a trip, work demands, etc.), if possible let me know now and I will try to place your name so that the timing will “work” with your schedule.
I plan to take names for a few days, but not longer than a week, with the first shipments going out not long after registration closes. I will publish a list of the names and cities of the participants on the message board before the first shipment is mailed. Please note that full names (no nicknames or abbreviated names) will be posted on the message board at the time the RR is announced so that everyone knows who they are trading cards with.
