A few weeks ago the Potowatomi Casino in Milwaukee became the first place in Wisconsin to offer Roulette and Craps. I have not been down there to check it out, but some local TV coverage of the "event" showed the roulette table with some generic looking chips.
This is due to recent dealings between the tribe and the new WI governor. After many years of the Republicans being opposed to new indian casinos or any expansion of the stuff they offer, the new Democtratic Governor Jim Doyle has signed some new compacts allowing the elimination of renewals every 7 years, more slot machines, and permission to add games offered in neighboring states - roulette, craps, poker. In exchange, the indians are giving up bushels of cash. The Republicans have challenged it in court on the basis of "It can't be legal because we didn't do it when we were in charge."
