Yes, each of the three places has their own cards. The ones issued at AZ Charlies Decatur will have that listed in the corner, etc. The cards are interchangeable, so people who get a card at Stratosphere can use (and forget) it at AZ Charlie's on Boulder. The AZ Charlies cards went through variations as the system went into effect. There were cards at AZ Charlies on Boulder that said "AZ C East" in the lower right corner and ones at Decatur the said "AZ C West." Now they issue ones with "AZ C Decatur" and "AZ C Boulder" logos in that corner. And there are 4 levels for each place. Don't know if the AZ C West/East cards were in multi-level issues or just the one star card.
