Anyone else receive these in the mail?
Harrahs and alot of the Indian Casinos send bounce back cash, usually a coupon that you cash in at the cashiers cage.

The Harrahs/Harveys at Lake Tahoe have started sending the bounce back cash as "Express Pay" to be inserted in the paper money readers at the slot machines. Very similar to the Fast Pay tickets...shall we consider these a variety of cashless tickets or more like the NCV or Free Play chips (and a whole sub category, yikes!)?
