The Ballys HIP card is for employees in other casinos or tourism industry. Its good for discounts in dining and services. Its not really a players card, but a collectable nevertheless. No traders on this one, sorry.

Treasure Chest was easiest to get to and was very clean.

Boomtown was on the other side of the river and I didn't have a good experience with a couple of the dealers. Craps dealers shouldn't taunt losing players even if they're abusive. It just makes for an unpleasant experience.

I expected more from Ballys (Las Vegas comparison) but was nothing like Harrahs due to size of the boat. Their craps dealers were very professional and knew what they were doing with multiple bets and quickly picking up on how players betting patterns were. The Pai Gow Poker dealer, although professional, didn't appear to be into dealing that night. Could have been an off night or getting ready to get off work.
