This person (Richard Hirsch) had his membership revoked from the Silver Striker's Chapter for SHILL BIDDING on his own auctions. He was also banned from Jackpot for that reason.

I know many of you may already know of this situation and also the post I made regarding him being the PEST that was wreaking havoc on both The Chip Board and The Strike Point about 2 years ago.
