You can sign up at any of the places in the scan but they will give you a paper card...and I do mean paper...and mail you a plastic card later. I signed up for a big dogs card and it took about 3 months to get in the mail. The Foothills Ranch right down the street from the Draft House on Rancho has a card but you will only get one.
