This card was in-use for a very short period of time at the Colorado Belle, Laughlin, NV. As I recall, it was issued over several weeks during December 2000 and January 2001.

This card superceeded the blue "Club Belle" cards and preceeded the tan/brown Players Club cards, which were the precursors to the "One Club" cards.

BTW-I will be putting this on eBay later tonight because I still need more funds for the Convention!
