I'm not sure what the purpose of this post is.

It seems you aren't trustful of the terms of this sellers auction which is why you posted them here. What's not to be trustful of though. Take a look, he must be pretty trustful based on the fact he has a rating of over 800 and NO negatives. Seems pretty trustful to me. His terms are upfront and to the point. If you don't feel he is a trustful seller then you don't have to bid on his auctions but I don't see the reason for posting this information here. I could see you posting about a bad seller with dozens of negatives to prevent other collectors from wasting their time but this isn't the case in this situation. Most auctions on eBay have terms like those in poobie66's. The terms in my auctions are pretty similar to his.
