The most well known 55+ cards are those at all the levels at the Stations casinos. But Four Queens used to have a "Club 55" card, Boomtown in Las Vegas used to have and Boomtown in Biloxi still has silver "wild Bunch" cards for seniors. Avi in Laughlin has red cards for most people but blue "Senior VIP" ones for seniors. The Casino Aztar Riverboats in Indiana and Missouri both have regular and Club 55 card versions. The Evansville, IN boat also has a high level Ultimate card that comes in regular and Club 55 versions. The real Club 55 version has the Club 55 logo in the "taco Shell" area. I have also seen often the regular blue cards have the Club 55 imprint on them so they must run the wrong type card on some people.
A lot more common for seniors is the addition to the card to denote senior status. Nevada Palace has a "Silver Circle" foil imprint they do for seniors which is terrible - most time if you didn't know what it said you could never make it out. The President Riverboats (at least the one in Davenport) used to print a star & wave emblem on a corner of a card when the printed the name for a player who was over 50. And lots of casinos have stickers for seniors. In Nevada, Sam's Town and Laughlin's River Palms both use "Young at Heart," the old Stations cards had different colored "VI$ - Very Important Seniors," Diamond Jo in Dubuque Iowa has "55 & More." The Trump Boat in Indiana has a "Golden Gamers" sticker.
