Since the cards were not marked, and I recalled that ACC did supply cards for one of the Tucson casinos, I made a mistake.

The "error" card (for which I do have a pic) was a PPC card. It is marked that way. However, the newer cards do not use a manufacturer marking.

I apologize for the confusion.
