That's New Jersey for you. In Milwaukee there are (or were, I retired last year, so can't say for sure) hundreds of mailboxes all over the downtown area. I had 6 in the building that I delivered mail to, and they were full every day. Of course, the USPS is probably trying to cut costs in order to provide me with a comfortable retirement here in Las Vegas.
