Mike - It is totally up to each individual collector as to how to collect/catalog Harrah's cards. There are several different fronts: original Blue/Gold, with city name; generic Blue/Gold; Harrah's Total Gold (large logo); Total Gold (small logo); Total Platinum; Total Diamond; Total Rewards (Gold, Platinum & Diamond). Each of these fronts has several variations of backs. Many collectors are now going into the individual Harrah's prefixes, so....Now we go back to high school permutations and combinations. I know of one collector with over 450 DIFFERENT Harrah's cards!

As far are the prefixes go...you really can't tell where a card was issued, as you always get the prefix of the Harrah's where you ORIGINALLY applied for a card. Thus, is you applied in Las Vegas you get "104", but if you forget your card and are issued another card in Atlantic City, NJ, or Joliet, IL, you still get the "104".
