Here's a copy of my last set of instructions:

"Gary,
Go to any of your auctions. Click on the link that says "View sellers other auctions". Once you get to the page showing your auctions, highlight the address that shows in the address window at the top of your browser. Copy the address by holding the CTRL button and hitting the C. Then you can paste it in the body of your message and it will be a link to that page. You can also paste it in the Optional Link URL box when creating your message, and then put a description like "My eBay Auctions" in the Optional Link Title box of your message. You can practice by previewing your message before posting it, so you'll see if it works."
