Mike: I don't have any 4Q Bus to trade, but you said "Need: 1st Row 3rd card Row 4. 3rd card. Orange Bright Yellow " Isn't the first row/third card pink and the fourth row/third card orange? Usually rows are horizontal and columns are vertical. Are you looking at the picture the other way around? Just thought I would bring it up in case you and anyone you are trading with end up not looking at the cards the same way.
