Wow, very observant! We are the company that manufactured the cards for Viejas both times, the first time the artist had a "brain cramp" and forgot the arrows.

Viejas actually has 4-5 diffent cards (levels of play), but the $100 is the most-used. The arrow version was just shipped recently, and will be used on future runs. The non-arrow version is retired.
