Carol--the nicest people were in Miles city, but there are only a couple casinos there. Billings was the worst. They didn't want to talk to out of state players. Like I said, maybe we caught them on a bad day. It was New Years Eve!!! A lot of the casinos are going to pin numbers or a magnetic key (looks like a pop can ring) that you plug into the computer which has an "insert" for it to go into. You then punch into the computer which machine you want to play. Most of the casinos have a place to swipe your card when you enter the casino and again when you leave. They comp you for TIME rather than PLAY. I'll bet this makes the beer drinkers happy. But it also has the casino management upset, and they plan to change that soon. Cards might be a thing of the past for Montana (per a couple casino owners).
