Comparing mine from Nevada Club and yours
it looks like two types of these exist.
Yours has five rows of fish net type background.
Mine has only four rows. Thus the space where
the customer name goes is clear. Steve/Pat
it looks like two types need to be listed.
I will bring mine to Casinorama for you to
look at.
