I (my wife, actually) got a letter from Palace Station inviting her to three free football pool entries and while she would come in to visit, be sure to check out the new Platinum Lounge and join-in on the roll out of the new slot club card program.
When we got there they had a little area set aside for "platinum" level players. It was mostly slots ($1 and up, very UP) and two blackjack tables. There was a television viewing area with several couches and a lot of attendants.
We (Pam) exchanged our regular gold/brown colored Boarding Pass for a Platinum Boarding Pass. When I asked about this new program and was told that it includes an even higher level of play called the Presidents Boarding Pass.
As I walked around the casino I found several platinum cards, one "gold card" and no Presidents cards. In the scan you can see two versions of the Presidents card (regular and 55+).
They all have a common back, as shown. Sorry no traders, except for one printed platinum card.
ps. I ran into a CC>CC member at the Station and he said that he has had a platinum card for quite some time. Lastly, I was told that the other Station Casinos would be getting the Platinum Lounges; Palace Station just happened to be first.
Regards,
Jim Follis
